Actually, she recently revealed that she was the abused child, along with her siblings. She just used a boy in her apartment building (who was not abused) as the subject of her song.

They usually wrote the music first and then the lyrics, Barry said that in an interview.

What most people don't seem to realize is that Barry had no words for two years as a child when he did not speak after a terrible accident that put him in the hospital with horrible burns. He got his words back from God and then spent his life sharing them with the world.

Harold Wilson wasn't he British Prime Minster at the Time. 🤔 I Remember thinking this is heralding the arrival of the Modern Age, a brighter future for the world. 🤗 I was still as school... Your right it's uplifting ... 🤗
They’re both great. One is just a remake and that’s the bottom line. They both sound amazing.

Eva's talent was just a little sample of the beauty we will hear when we have departed this troubled life and reunite with our love ones in a better place. The raw love and emotions will be just too much for us to handle here and now.... may we all be that blessed.

I love Barry White & The Love Unlimited Orchestra!💙🩵. I fell in love with his music when I was a freshman in high school. As a teen, we paid no attention to the meaning of the lyrics. We just danced, sang and had fun.😊

Apart from Jennifer Rush and Celine Dion 's cover, there's also Helene Fischer's cover, they are all great singers, I like all the three covers, every each cover is slightly different from one another.

Jennifer Rush is the best and literally takes me into a " rush" that's heavenly ❤

Rush was due to win, although Dion is tremendous. Brannigan does it extremely well, also, but neither of these top female power singers can outdo Rush. It's easy to understand: Rush wrote the song. She knows what every word means intimately because she put them there. She knows the emphasis, she knows how they should resonate within the song. She was there as the music came in. Dion did a good job of learning the song, but Rush KNOWS it. She has the advantage from that standpoint. Another advantage: her father sang opera and her mother was a songstress. Dax I can see why you fell in love on your firs hearing the piece. There's nothing better for it than a husky female voice singing with great power like this.

I feel lots of energy in this song. Paul share very poetically about the painful emptiness of a relationship that is dying, while going through the motions of pretending ding to be ok. Very palpable! 😢❤

DAX, I appreciate your honesty about this comparison. I watched your full review of Celine’s version to see what you appreciated. I thought, wait until you hear Jennifer’s version. YOU WERE INSTANTLY BLOWN AWAY! And you fell in love with her song and her wonderful womanly self. SO DID I ! Someone said there are only two types of men: Those in Love with Jennifer Rush and those who have not heard her sing yet. Your genuine reaction proved that. How could any man with a beating heart not love Jennifer? Your excellent commentary helped me understand and appreciate Jennifer’s version even more. I am grateful to KZfaq for suggesting it. RIGHT ON! 👍

@@fjmugwump Thank you, sincerely, Pat! There have probably been less than a dozen times on my channel that I have been completely and utterly shocked with joy and amazement by someone I’ve never heard before, and Jennifer‘s performance was one of those times. Thanks for sharing your feelings about both her and me.

This is brilliant! her creativity shines. but grace needs to be seen LIVE! she is the only performer out of a few that can actually sound as good or better than the studio version. so many artists now sound weak on stage ok its all about the atmosphere the interaction with the “crowd” but most artists just don’t cut it in a live setting anymore but Grace doesn’t have a problem with that she is a natural born performer she has got to do large venues again! 😧 it’s where she “excels” if she does she will a megastar !in the next few years I promise!😳

This is why I have a strong and clear opinion about The Beatles - they are the best band in music history. Probably not the most records seller band but definitely their creativeness, the way they made music, put them on the top of all time, at least in my top. How lucky we were those 4 genius made a band
