Thanks Brendan. I'm fine. It's with my hands I had trouble since before Christmas. They are slowly coming around. Some nerve damage and over use. I had to take a new job and don't have much time to spare. I hope to get back to doing some videos real soon

Thank you. I may have done something similar over the years. I have done probably 10,000 carvings or more over the years. Take a look at my Facebook page Kevin Coates Wood Carving. You may see something there

Mark, I had a lot of trouble with my hands since Christmas. I done very little carving since then. I took a new job this spring and haven't had much time to carve. Plan on getting back at the videos soon though. Keep an eye out. Thanks

@KevinCoates9821 күн бұрын
Taking big chunks comes in time along with a little confidence. The more you carve the more comfortable you will get taking bigger bites into the wood

WHY is the face allways last to be done and i think the easyest to stuff up, is that a piece of pine wood ?
@KevinCoates9829 күн бұрын
Good question. There's no particular reason why I do it last. It's just how I did it from the start. Yes it's pine I use

Hey what degree do you sharpen your knife to,if you dont mind me asking
@KevinCoates98Ай бұрын
I can't say to be honest on the degree. Maybe somewhere near the thickness of a dime or a nickel between the knife and stone.

RIP TO JASE BRASCO-a rumo legend. Jase was great in any language, but he was on to something with his tracks in spanish, life unfortunately was cut short for this visionary lyricist. WITH TEARS IN MY EYES I SAY RIP.
