You are my hero, I was so perplex about what to do to fix the one I just purchased. It works great but the knee pedal sucks Its full throttle or off, very stiff. but the cord is permanently attached and short. I found the cord you used on Amazon of all places. I'm Canadian, and I was having a hard time :P Amazon lol who new. * HONEYSEW Universal Foot Control Pedal W/Light & Motor Block Fc143 for Home Sewing Machine *

As usual, this is clickbait. You showed us absolutely nothing. Zero. Nada. Just went on and on about how great this machine is, but SHOWED US NOTHING!!!!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME ON YOUR VIDEOS!! Stop making such rubbish videos!
@mjremy2605Ай бұрын
One of the reasons we come to these videos is to see how something is taken apart, fixed, and reassembled. 1:06 - Show us how you took the top apart. Looks easy but there is a spring clip in front, and I think mine is broken. Please don't skip a step. You showed us absolutely nothing in this very short video.

Hello John, Thank you for posting this video, it was super helpful. I was wondering if you can tell me if the white box has screws in the back to change the wires. in my case I do not want black wires as I want to match my wires to the color of my sewing machines. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Peace

Thank you so much for the video! My mom gave me hers and the printed manual she has isn’t very good at all. I really appreciate your video. Also I saw you make your own hats & I would like to do that. :) I never thought of making one myself.

Loved that server, list the tension and not a repair person in area. Used the heck out of thd drop plate feature which made stitching small areas feasible. I haven't fount a server that has that drop down plate.

Anyone says to unplug the battery though, apparently to avoid potential damages to other electrical components while charging. Are they wrong?

Sometimes you just got to love the internet. Trying to fix my mom's sewingmachine. It wan't working right. Opened it up and figured out that something around there wasn't right, but I had no reference of how thing should be in there. Started searching the web, found this video and learned that it's a reverse and that the silver block indeed should move xD Thanks alot for this video! I guess my mom's machine was "stuck" in reverse, explaining the issues.

Super! Thats exactly what was wrong with my machine. That really helped fixing it. I perchased the Machine for 10 Bucks (Euros) , just to risk it , not getting it working... but I think this Fix is easyly doable! Greetings from Germany.

I’m considering a huaqvarna Classico 90, Do you know if they have plastic gears? Having a hard time getting info I’ve lubed up many all metal machines and brought them back to life but I’m not experienced at all with these.

Thanks for sharing, I just picked up this model yesterday, so I’m going through it right now. Do you have any videos on the foot pedals for these models. Two came with it but the one I used was getting a little hot so I opened it up but I’m not familiar with it at all.

Thank you very much for this video! I just got a Husqvarna 3600 sewing machine and it suffers from the same problem. In addition to that, the grease on the plastic gears and the stainless steel rod which does the Zig Zag and other mode selections went waxy as well and all the mechanics were stuck. The internals look very similar to your machine. I managed to fix the latter problem by adding silicone oil multiple times while moving and wiping all the parts again and again. The stitch length selection mechanism and reverse button is still stuck though and that silver block won't move a bit, even when pushed hard. I will try heating it up next. Disassembly is not possibly because the screw cannot be accessed while the part is rotated as it is... Does anyone have a recommendation regarding the lubrication of the plastic parts? I'll have to clean off all the old white grease and replace it. Can I use Castrol Lithium Complex grease or will it degrade the plastics?

Wow!!!!! Thank you so much. I was asked to have a look at one of those machines that had been donated to a local charity working with refugee women. They were so disappointed when it was not working, that I felt I had to try to fix it. Your video was perfect. I followed your instructions exactly and all stitch lengths and reverse stitchng are now working. They will be thrilled!

I need to hear the sound it is making when the clutch goes out. It is making a screaking sound. Almost like a loud loud wine is what it is. That would be my clutch right,or clutch assembly.

Sorry to say I don't have the bike anymore. It rode me out of harms way during a hurricane. I have it to a friend who lost a loved one as a result of the same hurricane. We worked on it together for him to take a long trip as a form of much needed therapy . Sorry I can't honor your request.
@whereswaldomansell7313 Жыл бұрын
@capedoryus no worries at all. It's a pretty simple shaft driven bike. I will figure it out. It only has 25,000 miles on it. It'll show me the damage once I open it up. I appreciate though. That was nice of you to do for your friend. Not many would do that. Glad he is getting therapy.

Wow, my daughter inherited a Husqvarna 1060 from her grandmother. Reverse was stuck and before this video i was convinced that the silvery part wasn't suppose to move. But after your instruction I managed to tilt it slightly, and a little more and a little more. Now the machine is as new again!

Hi John, I live next to Singer, its a town just outside of Glasgow where the company Singer was created by an Indian family, The sewing machines are found all over the place here and you can get them second hand cheap! You have some good content on your channel and nearly at 1000 subscribers ! keep going and find the videos that give you the most viewers to your channel, then focus on that subject, e.g. Mercedes fixes, or car fixes, then you will find you will get more people interested in subscribing . Good luck!

Thanks Grove On, My life is about being scattered 😎. You are 100 correct about how to proceed w/ KZfaq but the reality is I need to know what I'm doing is helping people. Doing video for entertainment is not for me. I love entertaining videos and applaud KZfaq for making media a two way circus with all it's perks. When I get to 1000 subs, I can assure you, it will be by accident. I appreciate your feedback and look forward to producing more odd ball content. Stay tuned as I'm gonna do a Raliegh bottom bracket tool. Take care.

Oh Sharon, wish I could help. There are a lot of reasons I don't have a ready answer. I'm not a technician and I don't have the machine anymore. If the above were different I'd be more than happy to offer advice. Forget about going from memory. Good luck
