What kind of tea do you Aussies drink? Between my English grandfather and Scottish/Irish grandmother, I grew up on Earl Gray ( even though we're in the US) Funny listening to them bicker about it. My grandmother would reuse her teabag. It would drive my grandfather crazy.. " Only an Irishman would reuse a teabag!"

When attaching 1/2” plywood to 1/2” plywood why can’t I completely get the pocket screw head below the wood surface?

Why do routers have an off/ on switch as opposed to most other power tools, which te moment you let go of the switch it stops, circular saw , drills, planes etc all do this so why not routers. It seems really dangerous, if for whatever reason you let go of the router it’s just going to keep running. So why, I would love to know.

KNACKERS!!!! I inherited an Orange Black & Decker Jigsaw and I absolutely grew to HATE it because I could not see my line of cut and it had non of the options you got. HATE HATE HATE!!! :[ Haven't touched it for 8 months now but I REALLY need a stationary one because I have many small pieces I need to cut. Started to learn how to use chisels but it's not the same for what I want. You got a vid on stationary table jigsaws for beginners mate? I LOVE UR Dad jokes mate HAHA :D

OMG! This video is excellent! I know absolutely nothing about tools. But I’m sick of needing a man to cut my simple craft needs. I was looking at circular saws and jig saws on Marketplace. But they usually have no instructions and no/few blades. Watching your video really soothed my nervousness. I feel much more confident. Your presentation skills are excellent and the close ups of the parts of the drill are excellent. Thx so much!

Dear Uncle! For added dust collection and riving knife I picked up a Makita track circular saw (6 1/2 inch blade) with tracks and I am getting ready to use it! What puzzles me a lot is your recommendation to adjust the depth of cut to set to exceed the thickness of the material to be cut by roughly 1/8 of an inch, and yet you make a beautiful cut straight on you bench without any “obvious” evidence of scrap wood elevating the material all WITHOUT SCRATCHING your workbench top?! Some advanced trick we need to be aware of??

Most planers and power saws make no provision for left handed people, making them difficult to use (and thus unsafe) for one tenth of the population.

Looking for advice on cutting two different width boards that have a 1/4” reveal notch, 1/2” from the top of both boards. First board (baseboard) 5-1/2” second board (casing) 3-1/2”. Need to match the reveal notch at a 90 degree angle.
