I hate it when you measure things with cups. Can't you just measure in grames??

You are so right to cut the potatoes french fries style instead of just slicing them as in a "gratin dauphinois" ! Thus they will absorb all the flavours at core 👍. A few alterations though. First, I use anchovies preserved in oil, less salted. Then I prefer liquid cream which I pour over the dish - which I line with greaseproof paper - three hours before putting it in a preheated but not too hot oven. I will let it cook gently before, when all the ingredients are soft and well-cooked, turning up the heat to bake it. A Swedish friend gave me this recipe 🙂 . What is definitely *not* Swedish is the Cevennes sweet onions I use ; they are much more digestible 😉 .

In Australia, in my family we eat English style pancakes which are a similar recipe to Swedish pancakes though only a pinch of salt and slightly thicker than a French crepe. We also roll ours and my favourite filling is scatter white or raw sugar all over the pancake then drizzle lemon juice all over the sugar, giving it time to soak in. I then roll it up and eat it like one long roll, making sure to crimp and turn up the end of the pancake so you don't lose all the lemon juice and liquid sugar. Its Yum but i hardly ever eat them because lemon and sugar isn't exactly healthy, especially for my teeth.

A little bit of a constructive note and please don't take this the wrong way, i want to explain how you can make your recipes more accessible to your wider audience. I liked your recipe video but please remember you have a global audience, I really would have much preferred your recipe in grams or millitres or even decilires because we don't know if you are using American measuring cups and spoons which are different from the rest of the world or others? and though it matters much less in a pancake recipe, your flour measure of ¾ cups of flour ( sifted ) can vary wildly not only on the measure of the measuring cup but how lightly or firmly packed in the flour is. The flour itself is naturally variable as each flour has different moisture levels and the humidity or dryness in your kitchen will also effect how much liquid it will take in. You can't do anything about the variability of flour but you can have more precise recipes the world can recognise by using grams for both liquid and solid (flour) measures in your recipes. Please consider my comments as constructive criticism, I mean anything negative by them. Like this recipe: Donal Skehan’s Swedish Pancake recipe You'll Need: 2½ dl /125g flour 3 free range eggs 6 dl/ 600ml milk Butter, for frying 250ml cream Drizzle of jam Handful of blueberries Sprinkle of icing sugar kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hdeYncWErsrFcmw.html

If at all possible you should try wheat gluten it's fairly inexpensive, usually comes in a 2.5 pond bag and it gives your ap flour that bread flour feel and finish. You will find it at most grocery stores in the baking isle under the name wheat gluten or vital wheat gluten. Anyway, I hope it helps. Great video by the way.

I would omit the salt. It's not really good for dogs since they don't digest it the same as humans.

When making the homemade fruit leather liners, just be sure that you use the inside of the bag facing your food. The outside has a printed area that you do not want touching food.

PLEASE be careful people!!!! These cheap kinds are usually made for craft so they’re not food safe & any heat will start making them leech toxins into your food like crazy!!!! Many of those chemicals are known carcinogens!!! It’s absolutely not worth getting Cancer or other serious illnesses & organ issues years down the track just to save a few dollars now!! eBay actually has things exactly like this that are made from FOOD GRADE silicone. They’re about $8-$10 each but if you buy the jumbo size for around $12, you can cut it up to make 3 or 4 (depending on your shelf size). Please only use food grade stuff guys & the uploader too, please!!! 🫣🙏😣
