Hello , yes You can try this during any type of emotional dysregulation. If you’re feeling in a stuck state then give it a try. It helps to regulate your nervous system, that can then allow you to process what you’re experiencing . It can be an activating practice, sometimes big emotion with surface with it. If you can be curious and present with that it will flow through typically.

@@meaghanjan I accidentally stumbled upon your video. Was going through shutdown & orienting & tapping wasn't working. Found your video. Did the voo chanting followed by beej mantra chanting. My energy started coming back into my body. Huge win for today. Can't thank you enough 😇.
