That's the first ever true advice I have seen.... which is coming from a normal human being just like us who want nothing in return and NOT from a guru, celebrity or coach who need your views, subscription money and god knows what else. You are great Robert.. and you're helping us with your advice and experience and I really really appreciate that. Thank you so much

There's a funny self help satire book titled You Suck by Paulie Amigo that I like. It's a funny approach on self help, but it actually helped me with some problems.
@robertmakesashow70893 ай бұрын
Oooh! I’ll check it out! I really liked that book “The subtle art of not giving a f*ck”, probably one of the best self help books i’ve read! No self help is totally great but I just never consumed any self help that actually cured my anxiety and depression. I lived 34 years with CRIPPLING anxiety, depression, and agoraphobia then within months it vanished after changing my diet, exercising, and taking the proper medication. There just isn’t an audiobook that can do that. With that being said, self help is great once you have the right “hardware” or health foundation to make long lasting changes. Self help has inspired me to make changes, but unfortunately that inspiration falls off shortly there after. thank you for your comment!!! appreciate it 😌✨✨✨

Man i was binge watching your content again and again for months because i have anhedonia after anxiety, i have been asking for wellbutrin along with my lexapro. Did wellbutrin help your anhedonia, i just dont feel joy or pleasure all of sudden which is not me. Can we talk privately? Thanks
@robertmakesashow70893 ай бұрын
The anhedonia was a tricky one to be honest. I think what did it the most for me was probably just getting over the depression which was a mix of the buspar and the zoloft also lots of time and working out and not eating dairy and gluten. The wellbutrin, I think did the least for me personally but I still take it mostly out of habit. It might be doing more than I think though. Anhedonia is a weird one. Once i got a hold of my anxiety and depression and started living a life away from my, at the time. toxic relationship, I became more content being by myself and having hobbies/activities that brought me contentment.

This is off topic, but can I ask what your experiences were with anxiety and depression before you started medication? How severe were your symptoms? Were you having major panic attacks or major depressive episodes? I ask because I’m about to start Wellbutrin, I found your videos while doing research for it, and I’m curious how similar your situation was to mine before you started medication.

Great video by the way. I hope you keep making updates on how you’re doing.

Hey there, I just started wellbutrin and I've been suffering not just major but Mega depression 😢. The 1st week was okay, but I feel miserable week 2. I'm hoping this works. I hope it does for you, too.
@50centpb72 ай бұрын
@@anthonyybarra621 I hope it all goes well for you, Anthony. I know it’s a very scary place to be in. Don’t lose hope just yet though. In my limited experience, medications like these these take weeks or sometimes even months before they take full effect. My main worry about Wellbutrin is my history of severe anxiety and panic attacks, which I’ve heard Wellbutrin can worsen.

@50centpb7 You’re soups amazing!🙌✨ You’re 💯 right about everything you said! My anxiety was I think different then many peoples but it was constant and it was paralyzing. Just daily pressure weighing on me and painful awkwardness!!! Ugh 😩 Wellbutrin did make my anxiety a bit worse but when I started on it I had already been on buspar for more than a month which did magical things for my anxiety. So when wellbutrin kicked up my anxiety again is was more manageable. My anxiety was I think different than some peoples typical anxiety I know some people have panic attacks, sweaty palms rushing heart rate. I didn’t exactly have that but it was just like a low-key fight or flight every minute of every day. Hope that helps in some way!!🙌✨

In your notes you put rice..What kind of rice do you eat? lol and thoughts on white rice?
@robertmakesashow70892 ай бұрын
I eat brown rice usually, but white rice is pretty much exactly the same! I just jumped on the brown rice craze in the early 2000s and I just prefer the taste now.😌✨
