I have never balled as much for a song as I did for this song. I think it's undoubtedly my favourite song ever. Babymetal has been my favourite band for a long long time! And they'll continue to be. The addition of Momo is amazing, she's bringing something completely new to them, and it just works! As for this song, yeah, as many comments have eluded, Suzuka is from Hiroshima, drawing strong connections to the atomic bomb that was dropped on the city. At least, that's what I believe the song to be about! thank you for this video, always makes me appreciate Babymetal more when someone else sees them and they drive a reaction!

This song has the BEST energy! The chaos in the choreography is absolutely AMAZING, and I love how much fun they're having 😭 I'm pretty sure there's fan footage somewhere of Su saying after one of their performances together that her dream had finally come true ❤

Babymetal (and Su, of course) has made me emotional many many times, and I am not one who gets emotional easily. Babymetal has literally put all of my lifetime favorite bands into the background for the last 10 years. I never get tired of them. I feel like they were a gift to me that I am so grateful for ! Su, Moa, Momo, (and of course Yui !) - all four of them - are jewels. Their hard work has paid off for them.

The three backup singers are the Avengers, Symbolizing that they once was a trio, and once again will be a trio. This was recorded short time before they announced their permanent new member Momometal.

The live versions are absoluteliy EPIC. The crowd interaction and participation. ALSO. there are Moa version, and MomoBanger Momo version. that is performed at their respective last day of being 20. (Last day of my twentyies) There are some parts in there that you can catch a glimpse of Moa/Momo singing also.

This is acually a 50/50 COLAB between the two. EC has confirmed it during their reaction video to reaction videos video. One thing most people miss, is that Momometal's harsh vocals towards the end. You first hear Kevin's Scream and "ARE YOU READY" right after the drop, then if you listen closely during the second "ARE YOU READY" its a different voice, THAT is acually Momometal "showing her fangs"!!! Also twice during "Everybody" the camera focuses on Momometal during those two screams. I think that the reason people are missing it, is that she is not overpowered by Kevin, but rather matching Kevin's scream, and can't tell them apart.

I think that, as bad-ass as a drummer Akane is, she's even a better person. You can clearly see that in the way the other band members look at her and the way she interacts with them. I was touched by what Saiki said about Akane when they first met.

Great réaction but you make a mistake about Female Métal in Japan. For your information the First Female metal Band is SHOW-YA born in 1981. Show ya still important in the metal scene.each years from 1987 they've produce a Female Rock and Metal show : called Naon No Yaon festival in Tokyo. The Rock and Metal Female community is very strong. They're Friends. Each Band go to concert of the others to support. If for a tour a musician is not availabe , they've found support ( ex: last year FATE GEAR had a problem Haruka their drummer couldn't tour in Europe on August Junna a other drummer help them, they've had same problem this year for they're August tour in USA. Junna give a hand for the second Time. Junna is now the member of HAGANE. they're no issue with HAGANE & FATE GEAR). Haruka still the drummer of FATE GEAR and also to CHURA METAL.

Thank you for doing these reactions! I have a humble request that I think is going to rock your socks off. It involves quite a few of the East Kami band members like Boh, Takayoshi Ohmura, Hideki, Isao, Yuya, and the late and great Mikio Fujioka. As well as some others who haven’t played with babymetal but perform with the east kamis on other projects frequently. The song is called The Hill of Wisteria full version ft MLG Avengers. It’s got 2 lead singers, 3 Guitarists, 2 Bass players, and 2 drummers. It is a final tribute to Mikio Fujioka after his passing and features his guitar playing from a previous version of the song that was just an instrumental. The original instrumental version has been played at a Babymetal concert but was never released officially because it is a Takayoshi Ohmura original. I hope you will consider checking this one out and thanks again! 🦊🤘

In a September 2022 fan newsletter where Akane was paying tribute to her long time friend Kanami, she described the band as a community of destiny, they are a tighter group than most families. On the Band-Maid official fan site there are a bunch of behind the scenes videos that make it clear that this relationship is absolutely authentic and real, and it does make these ladies adorable as people as well as musicians, and foster so much respect for them. They had two long documentaries that were sold with live albums, one of the US tour behind the scenes and one leading up to the Yokohama Arena show, that show all these individual personalities that come together to create this amazing ego-free music. They take their music seriously, but they don't take themselves too seriously.

While I have seen this documentary in the past, but your insights about the culture in Japan adds something to why we love these documentaries and making it more of an ambition to travel to Japan next year to see Band-Maid and some other J-Rock bands and to see that beautiful country again.

We love Band-Maid's music, and at the same time, we love their personalities as well. Miku - She is an icon of this band. We are watching and enjoying her improvement of guitar skill. Kanami - She has 2 faces like On/Off. When she grabs her guitar... as you know. Misa - She is always calm and stable. She plays another beautiful melody in background. Saiki - Her voicehas been improving during this decade. Check her strongest voice in Unleash!!!!! (Yokohama live). Akane - Smile on hard play. She can't walk around on the stage so the other band mates like to gather on her. Above is what we fans know well. We love it, we fell in love with them. I guess most of fans have imagined "How do I welcome them if they come to my home?" when we close our eyes in the bed.

The singer from Predia and Mochi to Cheese is also named Akane! (Minato Akane) She is now lead vocalist of Japanese rock band East of Eden.

A really cool moment happened some years ago when Jimmy Page heard Akane and said he thought she was the reincarnation of John Bonham. He had to go backstage ane meet her. There is a photo of the two of them together, just Google both their names and it comes up. I just call it legends recognizing legends.
