I'm also a new animator (stop motion) and I wanna do it as a profession, as my regular every day job but I'm always pessimistic about it and don't think I'll get far, basically you are my motivation. And last thing, how did you become a stop motion animator and how did you succeed?

Stop motion standard is 24 frames per second, that can be reduced to optimize time to 12 pictures every second. That means for five seconds we would need 60 individual pictures

hi Adriana, making puppets is a mixture of a lot of arts. I would search here in youtube for tutorials and then make a simple one. Test it and go from there. Next level would be to involve in a specific course to learn it somewhere that you can find teaching stopmotion
