older generation (me also) are not realizing today's foods are unhealthy...past foods are nothing like they are today. As companies/corporations learn to make substitute foods and make more money with fake food than real food. Also cause our ground has no nutritional value anymore where we get more insects and disease on the plants so they HAVE to spray spray spray. We can’t even trust organic items. I'm healthy only because I grew up with nutritional food with not much additives. Todays kids already have allergies, tumors, headaches, cancer etc....thank you for your information

Thank you for providing such an informative video. At one point you mentioned that vinegar is good to add to foods, but not good to drink. Does this go for the apple cider vinegar. I often drink 1-2 tbsp Braggs apple cider vinegar diluted in water in the mornings 30 min prior to breakfast. Would you be willing to help me understand if this practice is okay? Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

ahhh jeez...i was so on board, and then...you're trying to sell me something that is completely unaffordable. i know, i know...how much is your health worth and that whole argument. but that doesn't change the fact that your supplement is completely out of my league. i feel duped. i guess you knew ahead of time that your target audience is only rich people? but i still like what you have to say. i mean you seem logical and believable. why does everything have to end up as a sales pitch?

12 infertility procedures and hyper stimulation and low calories, and low thyroid, I gained 100 pounds in 15 years. Most is edema. I lose 20 pounds when I go kudzu juice or Atkins (I hate meat). I lose 2 pounds a day with either plain cream cheese or home made humanoid.

This triggered some chocolate eating (semi-sweet). I have been drinking hot chocolate, water, stevia, and a shot of milk! I innovate with kudzu (Free on Google Books by Akiko Aoyagi and the Soy/tofu scientist William Shurtleff, who has a website of free journal articles of 11,00 articles that are peer reviewed. I was a leprosy expert at 11, and now know more about infertility, kudzu, and social issues, and publish more as an author. One science fact no doctor or dentist teaches or taught me, get a notebook or Social Security record for where you have worked, if people question your character, education, work or accomplishments, then you have a notebook with all the references and certificates, degrees, and experience. This could help with validating knowledge and for an obituary for when you die, or family history. The calories are not the same, by the way, if one guesses and eats a 3 pound meal at fast food, instead of a one pound meal for fast food, or healthy foods too! I love your vlog!

No mention of the cancer causing chemicals in "paper" cups? ... Paper cups are lined with a chemical compound so the cup doesn't disintegrate. Micro plastics to be exact that are incredibly harmful to our health. Coffee itself is acidic and is not great for our bodies - but nothing is as important as 1. drinking ONLY organic coffee, as coffee crops are some of the most highly sprayed, and 2. NEVER drink out of a "paper" or plastic cup. I also wouldn't trust any pre-ground coffee. The extra step is worth knowing exactly what is in my cup. ... Blessings

At our local supermarket, there was a buy two, get three bags of chips free offer. I passed on that and bought two pounds of grapes for $13.00. Isn't it sad that garbage food is more affordable than real food? Thanks for the excellent information. I know where I will continue to put my money.

Great job! It’s the additions to chips, like laxatives, diabetes & cholesterol meds that break someone’s bank. Plus the phytonutrients and fiber in fruit are priceless!

Just don't overeat. Don't drink soda from a big gulp cup lol. Don't eat a lot for breakfast or lunch, a greek yogurt for breakfast and like an RX bar for lunch. Then for dinner, eat whatever you want, but try to include most things that aren't premade. But enjoy life, your genetics are going to play the biggest role on your longevity and health.

Hi. What are your thoughts on quick cooking steel cut oats? I know oat groats are the best, but is there a big difference between quick cooking steel cut oats and regular steel cut oats in terms of blood sugar responses? I have tried both and it only takes 4 minutes of cooking for either in the instant pot.

Thank you for all the information about food and health! I'm confused; you mentioned not having berries in smoothies and not blending blueberries, but your smoothie has blueberries. Also, do you have a recommendation for cacao powder? I saw a study that showed a bunch of brands had very high levels of lead and cadmium.

Chicken meat is so unhealthy. Yes leave chickens alone and eat food in their natural condition. (Not chopped up in a package from the store and cooked on your stove)

@Healthy Immune Doc really interesting video, thanks. I'm curious about the fiber ratio thing. I routinely eat whole grains that I cook up like rice. Sorghum, Barley (hulled, not pearled), millet, quinoa, farro, rye, oat groats, etc. But the fiber to total carb ratio for ALL of these intact whole grains is much less fiber than 1:4 ratio. What's going on here?
