Я что-то не понял. С чего вы решили, что за каждую "отклоненную" карту с них снимают 5 центов? Да они вообще эти номера через процессора не обрабатывают. Тупо проверяют "валидность" номера с помощью алгоритма и если он проходит, все равно выдают ошибку транзакции, а сам номер карты сохраняют. Вот и все IMHO.

Zed is getting really good now. It's still not 100% yet, but it's been my daily editor for the last 3 months. For everything Zed can't do I still use Sublime Text. I tried Atom when it was first release and I couldn't use it because it was so slow. I've tried the JetBrains products multiple times, but I've never really been into the full fat IDE lifestyle.

You should now switch to Zed. Its by the same people that created Atom, but it's fast. I tried Atom, but it was far too slow. I tried VS Code, but it was also far too slow. I used Sublime Text for a long time ans Ive recently switched to Zed.
