I was at Gidleigh Park in October last year, and I must say, it was absolutley fantastic! I'm a chef myself in Switzerland and I asked for a recipe and without any questions and hassle i got a recipe from them. Amazing work from a chef who only has one arm to cook with!!!!!! Evrybody can learn from this talented and astonishing man!
