I was at Gidleigh Park in October last year, and I must say, it was absolutley fantastic! I'm a chef myself in Switzerland and I asked for a recipe and without any questions and hassle i got a recipe from them. Amazing work from a chef who only has one arm to cook with!!!!!! Evrybody can learn from this talented and astonishing man!

Great, I really like to hear what you're saying, I'm enjoying it...The Greatest one I've had from Corks wass when I got the La Grande Dame Rose 1995, last winter, Oh yess, it was brilliant, Very Very special....Over the last week or two, ive discovered my passion for Bollinger Special, after a long career of only having the Bolli Grande Annee!!
