Dr. Sinatra saved my life with his Awesome Foursome Protocol. I never met the man and had the privilege to thank him online. He was Amazing man with Grounding. His book Metabolic Cardiology is one of many of his books that helps save probably hundreds of thousands of lives around the World. I was devastated when I heard of his passing. I developed Heart Failure from Chemo. He saved me from Dying! I followed his work since early 1980’s. Brilliant man. RIP Dr. Stephen Sinatra

As someone who’s relatively new to this, all I’m gonna say is Ayurveda makes western medicine look REALLY bad… really, really bad. Ayurveda is like western medicine’s sane, holistic, conscious twin. My heart is so thankful for it.

HELP! How do I get out of a lease? And where do we live? I can’t deal with this anymore. Arizona landlords do not care and everywhere we move we find more mold.

I've had two mold exposures in Arizona workplaces. I never thought I'd experience so much mold in a desert. They build things here like it never rains, completely disregard monsoon season, and all the buildings get water damaged. Best of luck to you in your search for a new place.

Hey guys. Amazing video and been listening to your revised audio book lately. You mentioned you would mention what it means when a person has higher triglycerides than HDL but i dont think you got to it. I'm in Canada and my Tri's came back at 0.75 mmol/L and HDL 1.29 mmol/L so I get a negative number with your math. I do want to mention im 45, but had massive cardiac arrest at 41 and still don't understand why I was blocked up to this day. Had 70% blockage in 1 artery and 100% in LAD, which I understand was lower, but a piece must have broken off to make it 100. I had health anxiety for decades and got a lot of blood tests, and I dont think my tri's were ever too high and HDL too low that I knew about. I was told I had fatty liver in 2018, which I made better with a healthier diet. If you guys are interested in using me for some type of video topic, I'd love some insights. Thanks, Mike from Canada

Wow, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day. Although it actually took about 72 hours for my sweating to normalize, I went ahead and go'ogled Cynthia Yulesin’s Stop Sweating Today and I don’t have to change clothes 2 times a day.

Orange Juice? Seriously? Great, you get electrolytes and feed your gut excess sugar to disrupt your microbiome and to push your body toward excess glucose levels that get addressed by high insulin and set you up for T2D and inflammation that leads to heart disease. Insane! Get the sugar out!

If you have mold disease you need to take Praziquantel (Biltricide) it dries up the mold. Forget about the dosage that you can find on the internet or what the WHO or big Pharma say. Mold affects your nervous systems and for that you need at least 75mg/kg of bodyweight divided into three dosages/day for at least a week if not two. Speaking from experience. Took 3 years to finally being able to help a loved one. Buy some eucalyptus leaves boil them put the water in a bowl and put your head over cover with a towel and inhale and look at what you cough up. Long strings of brown mold. Mold in the gut you need a binder. We used Zeolite. After that drink raw milk the lactoferrin will bind the iron and make it bioavailable. The devastating effect of mold is the iron deficiency.
