Thank you so much! I'm 38 and trying to get stronger and more flexible. I used to be one of those 20 somethings taking the 90 minute hot yoga classes but years at a desk job and remote work has taken its toll. I really appreciate the mindfulness to modifications and injuries.

I love this exercise. It's part of my daily routine now. I did the 5 day Fitness & Flexibility Fix and then did the New You in 30 Days. All I can say is WOW! It is hard to imagine how much difference 10 minutes a day can make, but this lady knows her stuff. I feel better than I have in years. I have EDS, Fibromyalgia and widespread arthritis and the difference this has made is more than I have experienced with physio or any other exercise routine. I have now restarted the 30 day one and am doing both a routine from that and this every morning. The difference in how I can do these exercises now to how it was before I did the 30 days is immense. Thank you Janine!!!
