I used this as a stretch after a jump rope workout. That first stretch fell sooo good! And my legs got nice and stretched after the jumping, so I won’t be sore tomorrow. Thank you!

For a few Summers and the better part of a year, I was doing anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes of yoga daily. However, I'd fallen out of practice. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get myself moving this Summer, but your videos have been so helpful. Simple but effective, and with such a calm attitude about them. Thank you so much for all the content you've made, because it's certainly gotten me back in the swing of things!
