I loved this for 3 reasons: - glute workout are sometimes uneffective, this isn't - glute bridgess are a great excercise - it's nice and short

I thank you for all of your various videos on many different exercises. Right now, I'm trying to work on sculpting my booty, but I have bad knees, injured my elbow recently and have a pinched nerve or something in my back, so I'm limited in what kind of exercises I can do, and I also don't have a lot of time in the day/week to exercise. So I am thankful for all of your videos of various lengths and areas of concentration so I can easily find the exercises that I'm looking for. I also appreciate how you give tips and advice for proper form and execution of the movements. I enjoy exercising to your videos. Thank you!!

I love this workout. I’m on day 2 of doing this one and the abs workout. I was sore this morning, but not unbearably sore. I felt so good about it and will continue doing these workouts.

You should try a blogilates challenge video! 😰 I don’t like her iffy nutritional advice or her dumb weightless arm workouts. But beyond those two things her workouts are HARD!
