Improve your flexibility, posture, & workout performance! Mobility exercises are one of the most important parts of my workout regimen; they've helped improve my recovery and are so good for joint health. Do this everyday to increase on range of motion in various joints and muscles.

I had a tough time reaching up in the squatted position. Also, I'm obese, so staying in that deep squat was also challenging. So, I gave in on the first night. But the fact that I was able to hang with you during the deep squat to standing move inspired me. So, I will keep trying. Since I live in a tiny cabin, I will have to get a gym membership and use their exercise room. See! You've inspired a 55-year-old- lady to do two things. Get back into yoga and join a gym. Thank you for sharing this work out with me. You're going to play an integral part of my journey to reclaiming my body. Peace, Love & Blessings 🌻

I did routine one hour before bedtime. Needless to say, I slept like a baby and felt so REFRESHED in the morning 🌞. My Sistha Toni makes another winner. 🔥👊🏾💥😎🥰

These are golden. Had a flat tire today on the way home from work. My hamstrings were so tight, I almost cried changing that dammed flat! Flexibility is more important than we think. Thank you.

Toni thank you for this piece. I am a 50some year old motorcycle rider. My intention is to ride for as long as I can. I have been following your stretch routines and other general workouts with great success. I went through so many different channels of exercises and settled on yours. It just fits me. Thank you and wish you all the success in your endeavors.

Just what I needed!!! Thanks Toni!!! Age: 26 🌱 I'm a girl.☀ before I started shiydf I was 165cm after 2 months and a half almost now 169cm!! IT REALLY WORKS I'M SO HAPPY. I achieved this result by both using shiydf and doing regular streching exercises and I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT.! TRUST THE PROCESS 🧡

Question! If you use a yoga block during the ankle circles, where would the block go? As in, does it sit under the ankle, the leg, knee or hands? Thx! Great video btw!
