10 MINUTE KETTLEBELL ABS WORKOUT
Here's a 10 minute kettlebell abs workout with no repeats that you can follow-along to at home! This workout will build core strength and build your abs, which will improve mobility and reduce the likelihood of injuries. Simply grab a kettlebell and follow along! So let's get right to the workout!
10 EXERCISES | NO REPEAT
You will need: 1x kettlebell
(I am using): 16kg kettlebell
HIIT STYLE
40 SEC WORK
20 SEC REST
- PLANK PULL-THROUGH
- LEG LIFTS (OVER KETTLEBELL)
- RUSSIAN TWIST
- PLANK ALTERNATE KNEE TO OPPOSITE ELBOW
- AROUND-THE-HIP CLOCKWISE
- AROUND-THE-HIP ANTI-CLOCKWISE
- SIDE PLANK THREAD THE NEEDLE R
- SIDE PLANK THREAD THE NEEDLE L
- WEIGHTED CRUNCH
- LOW PLANK HIP FLOOR TAPS
