I’ve been on 15mg for awhile now and my weight loss has stopped and I’ve gained 5- 7 lbs. it’s so discouraging. The fullness is gone. The chatter is back. I’m so upset about it. But the good part is I’m diabetic and my blood sugars are good. But they won’t be if I gain weight back. I’m thinking maybe I should step back down to lower doses and see what happens. If you have any suggestions please do tell.

I’ve stayed on 2.5 for a few months ~ attempted 5.0 nut sriracha n intestinal n I opted to go back to 2.5. Now, for the first time, w.5 is giving me issues! Major intestinal issue today ~ did my shot 2 days ago. Had thought I’d try 5.0 next week but not so sure now!

I have been watching you and a lot of others videos. And I have a question. I was on Ozempic for 3 months it did nothing for me. Except I got all the nausea constipation cramping all that stuff. Finally I got a doctor that would let me get the mounjaro I’ve been on it two months and I just started my 3rd month so I did the 2.5 and 5.0 and I stayed hungry. I took the 7.5 on Tuesday so it has been 2 days. I am drinking the water now and starting to eat the low carb. No weight loss. So I am wondering if it is really the shots that it making you lose weight or is it the way you have to eat. Because it seem you have to watch everything you eat to lose weight. Because I still am staying hungry. I just don’t know what I am doing wrong? Everyone I talk to is losing. Not hungry and that isn’t t me. I feel so lost and disappointed. Can you give me any advise or anyone on here maybe could help me on my journey.
