Hey everyone!
It's been quite some time since I posted my last video, and I am so excited to finally share my new workout with you.
For today I decided to focus on a handstand. I'll be sharing a few exercises you can do to improve your shoulder strength and work on your endurance.
In this workout we'll be mostly shifting the weight from one arm to another, doing some fun stuff like shoulder taps, head taps, and hip taps, all of which will help us to improve our overall joint stability and strength.
The workout will be structured with 6 different kinds of exercises. All will be done with the help of the wall. When we complete our first set, we repeat it again and finish it off with a 1-minute endurance hold.
Our wrists will be doing a lot today, so be sure to warm them up good.

Hey, so good to see you again! :) I am loving all of your handstand conditioning videos, they are fun and intense enough (for advanced lvl as well) in the best way! :) Looking forward to see more of them! (hopefully some handstand HIIT as well) :D

You're fantastic!! But don't you have to have extremely open flexible shoulders to do a lot of this?

Hey there :) I wouldn't say you need extremely open shoulders. You should be able to keep your arms straight above your head. That should do it. But if you can't manage to do that you should still be able to do all of the exercises with an adjusted position. That means your hands should be further away from the wall than mine in the video. You will require more strength like this, but I guess you have to find the sweet spot and just explore what feels best for you. There will be a video coming soon focusing on shoulder mobility for handstands. 😊 I hope I answered your question..
