Those combos are great and never boring , it’s a perfect one when one is short on time but still wants to move the full body .Saving it on my preferred full body on the list

Really enjoyed this workout thank you! It was good to break from my 'comfort' zone of workouts I usually do. Today was a day when I couldnt decide what to do and this did a bit of everything. Love training with your videos!

Thank you - it would be good if you could show us some different ways to hold the weights for some exercises. With the squats I find that holding the weights at the front is awkward and isn't great for my form so I often put them on my shoulders or rest them on my legs instead - it would be good to get your view on the options. Thanks.
