Listening to him talk is good for doing the training correctly and so on. The background music is soft and perfect for my ears and I like it, there is no problem with that.

When I don’t feel like exercising out I always choose an Oliver video. A couple of minutes in and I’m energized and motivated. They’re effective, innovative and not frantic. I also appreciate that Oliver doesn’t feel the need to get half naked to entice more views or act as though the workout is super tough and beyond his capabilities as do some others on KZfaq. I especially liked this particular one….please… more with your voice and helpful instructions.

this was awesome and its always nice hearing you talk! the tricep extensions on the mat were confusing though. I am not sure how position to do them... i know I am doing them incorrectly because I don't feel anything! #help

I found your instruction useful in particular I think I have been doing lunges wrong for so long but you are right it’s so much easier if you widen your lunge

Ze wszystkich treningów Oliviera ten podobał mi się najmniej - jakoś brakuje w nim energii. Dodatkowo brakuje mi miniaturki ćwiczenia na przerwie a więc gadania nie można wyłączyć. Mi osobiście bardziej odpowiadał styl starszych treningów. Pozdrawiam.

Did you know? I think it's good and better to listen to the trainer talk while doing the exercise because it guides us in every movement we make to do it well, don't you think?
