This is a fun 20 minute rebounding circuit consisting of 20 moves. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest period. Its quick, fast paced but is simple and will have you sweating before you know it.
For a longer workout then repeat video twice.
Enjoy and thank you for watching.

Thank you so much for a rebounding routine which is not on the bungee cord type of rebounder. I can stay in step . Not just that , I like that you get down to business right away. Please keep the videos coming. You are going to be successful ! I would like to see a longer video so I can bounce longer but not necessarily tricky moves.

I just received my Jumpsport Rebounder yesterday and this morning this was the first workout I tried with it. :) Yes, I had to modify as there is a learn/balance curve to achieve. But I got through it! I have the bar accessory and used it throughout to help balance and bring my heart rate back down. I also went at my own pace for the 45 sec. When you were doing double time, I was doing single. Thank you for such a fun and quick workout.

I am anxious to get to a point of using your weighted routines with the rebounder. What is your shortest routine with weights? I know I need to build up slowly. I am not new to working out but am to rebounding. Thanks for responding.. it's very encouraging. :) Take care ~

Tina Turbin I think the shortest one is the circuit workout with weights. But honestly you could incorporate weights for a few minutes and then put them down and then pick them up when your ready. It’s best you get used to the trampoline first. I’m not sure about the jump sport trampolines, but the ones I use it’s all about pushing past the force of gravity. Basically the harder you push through the mat the more of a workout you will get 😃

we are new to this type of exercising, being overweight and really unfit didnt want to go to classes. started out wobbling all over but once balance under control started to enjoy. will be doing this everyday from now on thankyou so much. now subscribed

OMG I loved this one as well. I'm a little slower but I got the moves, except for the over the rebounder, I didn't have the room today. Next time I'll move it. Great workout!!!!

Ruth Chevres hey 👋 thanks for commenting and so pleased you are enjoying the workouts. Anything that incorporates the arms will help but if you want to work on more definition, then I suggest incorporating some light weights in your workout. Maybe a 1-1.5kg. Or if you really want to change it up, then try out Scott’s power weight videos. Go for a heavier weight, maybe a 2-4kg and try this on days you don’t want to bounce 😊 hope this helps

Really enjoyed the workout thank you. For me it's a shame that there isn't more of a warm up and cool down. I'd definitely do the vodeo again but would add my own warm up and cool down, especially as i exercise first thing in the morning. Thank you for sharing 😊

Really like you energy! 20 minutes is perfect for my crazy schedule! Could you please play music a little louder? Also I really appreciate when I can see the timer. Would you please add the online timer as it would help you not to have to look at your watch all the time.! I subscribed and am looking forward to more great workouts with you.

Love your workouts! Do you have any control over when the ads are played during your videos? For the first time today, I had ads pop up during the workout. I had to stop and skip 4 ads. :(

Carrie Parry all of our videos are suitable for beginners because they are easy to follow and we encourage you to do things at your own pace 😊 If you want something that is specifically targeted at beginners tho, then I would go for my beginners series to rebounding. It’s all about the push down through the mat. So the harder you push down the more of a workout you get. If you don’t feel comfortable taking your feet off the mat then lightly bounce and focus on the arms.
