💙 *Get the HIPS SLOW STRETCH:* www.sarahbethyoga.com/25-minute-hips-slow-stretch 💙 Hello! Here's a *100% STANDING Yoga flow* that you can do in your kitchen, office, or anywhere you stand! NO mat needed, NO forward folds, NO downdogs, NO chaturangas, NO hands on the ground, & NO inversions (read more for prenatal & postnatal tips) We'll start with a short warm up for neck & hips then stretch into standing yoga poses from a challenging “Sun C” before repeating the yoga flow 1 breath, 1 movement. Even though this is different than what you might be used to, it’s still quite challenging to your breath, muscles and balance and you will experience a full body yoga stretch with mindful sequencing to increase spinal, upper body and hip mobility. PRENATAL/POSTNATAL: This video & the entire STANDING collection in the SarahBethYoga APP are Prenatal & Postnatal friendly. The only twists are "open arm" which are safe for prenatal and postnatal tummies/DR because the open arm twist is in the upper back & shoulders vs in the abdomen and low back. The balancing poses may need modifying depending on how you feel each day. 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸 SarahBethYoga APP: 🎉 Take your favorite yoga videos with you! This has probably been said many times before by others, but when I watch a video from Sarah it is like I'm in a higher divine world. The white background, Sarah's soothing voice and angel-like appearance. Great! Greetings from the Netherlands.

Honestly, I feel like this is the very first time I've ever found a yoga workout that is challenging enough without being too hard or too difficult to follow, simple enough to keep up while still being a good workout, and easy enough to not get frustrated but still challenging enough to feel like I am gaining something from it. Thank you so much!

I've always thought that downward dog was kind of a ruse, a hazing ritual (like my summer camp counselor's instruction "go find me a left-handed snipe bag"), so I do not all regret that downward dog appears nowhere in this, yet another much appreciated video. 🙃

I just recently downloaded your app and am practicing everyday. Today during a dental procedure (I was so nervous) I was asking myself “where can I soften?” My mind and body eventually became relaxed and I observed my breath as my tooth got drilled. Before I knew it, the procedure was over. Thank you, sarahbeth! This is just one example of how these practices are helping me on and off the mat!!

Thank you for such a calm relaxing yet power in movement yoga video. My favorite thing about this video is the idea to reference ourselves as a tree and the metaphors you use surrounding that idea/thought. It easily transfers and applies to the life and being of one's self. Thank you and namaste. 🙏🏼
