The primary clutch on this 2004 Canam Outlander 330 was sticking we initially cleaned it and that wasn't good enough so we replaced all the wear items! This clutch had 4,000 Miles! Thanks for watching!

To which direction loosen the screw on the primary and the secondary variator? Asuming it will be the same on the 400 model?

Just cleaning all the dirt/dust and belt dust out of it with brake cleaner and compressed air. It went a little too long without a good cleaning.

On my bike you should have six weights and looks like your missing some

On the 330 engine there are only 3 weights. I took off 3 and put 3 back on. I’m the original owner and never had it apart so I know it only had 3 from the factory.
