Good morning, thank you so much for joining me! I'm going to take you through this 25 minute full body flow to help you begin your day. There are no props required for this class and great for intermediate students or beginners who want a little bit of an extra challenge. We start off slow so that you can ease into your morning after a long night's rest.
We'll get into some juicy hip openers, focusing a lot on our inner thighs and groin while also adding some twists for energy and hamstring stretches. You can expect poses like reclined butterfly, half splits with a twist, side low lunge, gate pose and bridge. A great mix of strength and stretch.

I wasn't going to do the whole video at first because I thought, "I don't have enough time for such a long one", but then I ended up doing the entire video and I don't regret it!!! The time we take for ourselves is sooooooo important and we should never cut short on this! Dear Kassandra, I do your videos every single morning and on days where I don't do them, I always end up regretting it because it makes such a difference! Thank you, Kassandra! On Mondays through Fridays, I join you for a 10-15 minute session, once in the morning and once in the evening. On weekends, I love these 25-30 minute morning sessions with Yin Yoga in the evenings!

Just what I needed - being sore with breastfeeding and carrying my baby around. This class helped to stretch the tightnesses while creating a peaceful atmosphere. Kassandra, you're my favourite online yoga teacher for 2 years already.

Kassandra, I have to say, I Google search every morning for a yoga session based on how much time I have. I've tried a lot of different online yogis' classes, but you are the best by far. You explain things so well that I don't have to keep looking at the screen to see if I'm doing it right. I really appreciate your calm presence and your true skill at this.

Hi Kassandra, thank you for the video. I wanted to take a minute to speak out against online therapy apps. If i say the name of the company my comment disappears. I am a psychotherapist and apps like the one mentioned are damaging the mental health field by exploitation of the therapist that work with them. While they may lower the cost of mental health care and increase access, it hurts the field as a whole and is a bandage on the larger problem, which is systemic. Mental health doesn’t need a silicon valley solution, which ultimately most benefits its shareholders. We need more affordable and assessable health insurance without high deductibles.

Mental health needs much better solutions though. So, if this helps those who can’t afford therapy, can’t access therapy, and are in dire straits…this intermediate solution is valid. Any app is merely a bridge to get to something else. Whether a person books something through an app, or through an online site, they’re similar. Online therapy, phone therapy, is often the only way a person can access therapy for them. So, if they will be doing online therapy, why can’t they use an online service to get that therapy? Be part of another solution if you don’t like the one you’re complaining about. It sounds more that you’re coming from a space that’s about you, and how you might not get the compensation you want…more than it truly is about those struggling with mental health concerns. If you don’t want to be paired with that app, then don’t! There are so many problems with mental health care, from insurance, to lack of good intermediate and emergency care (as it all gets infused to the big conglomerate medical model/system), and even the 1 hr typical session of assessing mental health, the way it is run, is so, so subpar to what mental health needs require. The mental health app, for scheduling online therapy, is hardly adding to the problems… it’s a side road of some alleviation to some of the issues, but is not even close to the issue. We need to focus our energy, time, resources, at the foundational issues…not some app that is actually doing more to help than to hurt.

@@Alphacentauri819 better help is definitely not doing more to help than hurt. I don’t know one single person who has benefited from them. Quite the opposite actually as a lot of their therapists offer downright dangerous advice. It’s a complete scam. They take your money and leave you worse off than you were. So, it’s very disheartening to see how many KZfaqrs and influencers are promoting it.

Yes, we need more affordable and accessible health care without high deductibles but that ain’t happening soon. In the meantime, online therapy could help many that can’t access it now.

I am not native speaker but Kassandra's instruction are very clear and detailed. She also has a clam voice which make me feel so relaxed. Hello Kassandra, I cannot begin to tell you how much your classes have meant to me ever since I started doing them, early in the pandemic. This is perfect I have been looking for something like this I have been working 5 days a week 12 hours a day this is really great just need to slow down a little please go just a little too fast try to explain your poses a little slower you're doing great thank you just want to let you know my feedback can't wait to start the 30 day I always do morning stretches I cannot seem to get my yoga poses correct and was not helping this actually is and it's just my first time

Thank you SO much 💕, Again, because I've returned ❤ 💕 💖... and I'm so proud of myself ( because I have advanced stage cirrhosis of the liver and its No joke) that I made it to the end. I tried Adrienne 's morning flow, and I Could Not make it to the end. ( even though Benji was there , I LOVE Sweet Benji 🐕 💕) So , I returned to you... and it's just what I needed. Seeing the add first thing made me so anxious, and, immediately, I changed to a different video. But I totally understand this business model and the value of betterhelp so really I can't complain; however, maybe something to try would be to place the ad at the end of the video! May be a better idea since people should be in a better, more calm mindset; thus, more open to try new things. :)

Thank you Kassandra for this practice. I’ve started doing yoga regularly almost a year ago because of a huge exam I had that was causing me a lot of anxiety, and since than I’ve never stopped! It has become a priority of my mornings! I really appreciate you describing accurately every pose and then when we reach it you are silent, that allows me to really focus on the pose. My word for the day is Progress. I have been doing your yoga vids for some time now and when I started, I had practically no upper body strength to do a push up. I started doing your 10 min vids and progressed to the more intermediate/longer vids and today noticed that now I can do certain poses with ease. Progress over perfection. Thanks so much!

Loved the simple instruction and the time you allow the listener to feel the pose without talking the entire time. You have a nice instruction/ silent balance that creates a personal experience for the student.

Kassandra, you are so lovely and when my day starts with your serene voice good morning yogis, honestly it brings so much calm to me. I wake up 10 minutes prior to my alarm so that I can do 30 minutes with you rather than doing 20 minutes classes, which are also fabulous by the day. But just spending a few more minutes on the mat with your divine instruction makes my days more present. I have been doing it since August this year, now also started recommending everyone in my circle. Honestly, your yoga classes are the thing I am most thrilled about in my life right now. Such a good class, thank you. I can never step my foot through from down dog to anywhere near the top of my mat. It’s odd because I’m pretty flexible so I think it may be a strength issue. Anyway, my word for the day is ACTION and since I’ve already had a mile walk and completed this session, I’m doing well already! Thanks again 🙏

wonderful class as always. One thing when you do OM at the end, as I noticed in other classes as well, please give a moment to sit up back from savasana before the OM. As you're already in the pose, some of us choose to lie down and need a few unrushed seconds to sit up. :) Thank you. :)

I'm sick with covid and have been suffering from muscle aches, neuropathy and neural tissue tension. I did this class very easy and carefully when the fever was down and it helped so much with the pain and breathing function! Thank you once again! 🙏💛

I have not experienced back pain ever since I started learning n practicing Yoga with you Kassandra 🌝🌿🌏💐🤗 for 3 years now! My Chiropractor is like .. where you been 👩‍⚕️??? I’m like with Kassandra 😜😍😂😎 You are greatly appreciated🙏🏼 I will also like to make a request for KZfaq “SHORTS” where u specifically focus on showing us how to position release relax our bodies for each practice such as happy baby child pose cobra rag doll etc etc etc!
