25 Minutes Part 2, Beginners, Low Impact Plus Size Rebounding Workout. If you have already mastered part 1 and want to progress, then try this class where we have sped up the music a tiny fraction to 118BPM. This workout is going to give you the chance to learn the choreography slightly different to the last video and there are more exercises to complete than part 1.
By keeping the moves simple you will have the chance to slightly lift your feet off the mat if you feel confident enough and experimenting with more movement around the trampoline. Adapt the moves where you need to but most of all, have fun bouncing with Claire.

What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions kzfaq.infoUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.

I don’t understand what you mean by this? This is a great piece of equipment but it’s also fantastic for children. In fact our own children have created many workouts on our channel

Im 70 and not a plus size. I loved this (and all your workouts) as it was a gentle workout for those days when I’m not feeling ‘warrior’. I use light weights to stress the bones more. It was nice not to have the repeat, but i like them too. I like everything you do! Ive been following you for 3 years and feel this is so good for my overall fitness ..thank you.

i actually like part 2 better than part 1. I can't do the jumpy jumpy because of my knees but have modified it so it works for me like I use to do in the gym. Thank you so much!!

I love this. When I feel it’s challenging because I’m not coordinated with the arm movements, I just go back to basics and keep bouncing then follow the coach once again and keep up with the class. 😊 TY. You are wonderful. ❤️

Saw this on my notification list and thought I would give it a look. I consider myself an intermediate; even though this is beginner level it is a marvelous, very enjoyable workout (I just increased the intensity somewhat). As they always say in ballet; if you want to improve your technique, take a beginner class. As always, you provide interesting moves/combinations and clear instruction. I have this now on my play list. Thank you.

I‘m 2 days into rebounding and was looking for a beginner friendly workout as I am overweight. I lost 29 pounds since I started my weightloss journey on 5th of February 2024 and I really enjoy exercise. The rebounder is already my favorite. And it‘s lowering my blood sugar immensely. Thank you for that really great workout.

This was awesome. I did the first part a couple of days ago and could use a greater challenge and this one was challenging for me at my level. I took a water break at the 18 minute mark and there were just a few minutes left after that. My goal is to keep at this one and do it without the water break (get all the way through) then onto the next challenge! Thanks so much. I’ve always done your step workouts and enjoyed them but I do have a cheap rebounder to mix things up and these kind of exercises are great to add to my regular routine. I’m in my mid 50s so do lower impact cardio these days to protect my arthritic joints. Thanks again!!! Loved it!! 🥰🇨🇦💕🏃🏼‍♀️💕

Wonderful and so pleased you enjoyed this. Once you have conquered this class can I suggest trying rebounding for fatigue. You will find it in the beginners playlist and it’s another great class where you can make it harder by choosing to take less of a break on the rest period.

Another great workout! I have a bunch of rebounder videos saved and somehow I usually gravitate to your videos. You inspire me. One thing would be helpful to me is if you had the beats per minute listed in your descriptions. I tried the 130 BPM yesterday and I was way behind. At 118 today I was able to keep up. It would help me choose which video to choose. Thank You so much for all your help in getting/staying fit at any age! 💕

Thank you for the suggestion. We have this on all our private videos so we will see about incorporating it in these. I normally say at the start of the workout the pace we are working at. You can also adjust the speed of a workout on here using the playback settings.

I am a newbie to rebounding workouts! Loved this workout routine, the pace was much faster and longer than part 1 and I was able to keep up. Thank you for increasing the pace, I feel like it benefitted me more than the previous one.

Percfect. I am not a beginner, but this one was just about right for me. Many reboundvideos take my pulse too high (wanna keep it in the FB zone). With this one, with some modifications, I kept it in the right area. And its fun following the rythm, too.🤩

this was the first time i did the part 2, and second time ive done the 1st part, i'm far from perfect at it and my balance is horrible, but i feel like i got to bounce and keep up with you, had lots of energy even though i just got off work. my legs are even sweating! thank you! trying to kick pcos in the butt and loose a little weight for fertility.

Loved this one! Felt a great pace & workout. I’ve noticed my back body is stiff and a little sore - due to time I had off. While I’d normally turn to one of my yoga classes for that, is there a particular ‘supple strength’ video to help? It’s like when I first started rebounding; tight calves, hamstrings and some low back stiffness 😬

Thank you! I’ ve been doing number 1 for two weeks. This was doable but some parts I had to use my bars. I am 71 and have scoliosis so I am enjoying my rebounder. I moved to Mexico last May. Where are you living in Mexico?
