Alright today we're going over the 3 Most Underrated upper body exercises (specifically chest & biceps)
So I started thinking about exercises that I think everyone should incorporate more into their weekly workout programs and these were some of my favorites. First I cover 3 different variations of the coffin press and I'm sure you've done the original version but the other two are actually better when it comes to connecting with the inner chest. Second was two seated cable row variations for biceps... I know sounds wrong but they are actually incredible.

I love this channel! The emphasis on mind-muscle movements is refreshing. So many guys are just hung up on doing a certain amount of reps as if that's the magic bullet. If you're not feeling the muscle you're working on and just lifting for the sake of just doing reps you're wasting your time.

I love the way cupping feels it’s amazing, that and the muscle scraping they do. Your back looks like it got stomped on but man it’s the best feeling ever.

Someone taught me the landmine press a year ago as I was dealing with shoulder and wrist issues. It's an amazing exercise. And doing curls on cables using knees as a preacher is also amazing.

I think would appreciate you showing the actual movement if each exercise so we can replicate what we see, instead of translating your words into endless interpretations of what you say. Content is spot on.

I fuckin love those curl variations on the seated row. I also do them one handed, go lighter so your anterior delts don't jump in and take over.

HOLY SHIT! , I was in tears laughing! Thanks, I needed that. Happy Independence Day!! Also, at 58 and after hernia surgery (my fault, bad form) there is a lot of truth to lower weight and high reps! I can see the growth happening and the boost to my T shirt mentality has been awesome. Thanks for the great vids.

You have some really good info on isolating muscles💪👌, and you also crack me up😂 I also shaved my head a few months ago after my hair turned orange then yellow after trying to colour away some grey hair.It looked terrible so I went with some moral support and went skin head. Man now it does not want to grow back, suppose at 51, I should be used to shit going wrong by now. Keep up the cool videos you bring some sanity back into our lives.

I like to use my ab/lower back machine to do bicep curls. Just lock my my forearms under the pad and pull to my chest and back down. More of a pull motion than a curl. Like doing a seated barbell curl kind of, but it seems to activate my biceps better than any other exercise known to man. My go-to for a quick pump before I go anywhere.

Hi Ryan, these exercises are great. I have discovered after watching your videos, being halfway through your 30 Day Garage program the exercises suggested really target the muscle. With correct form, good nutrition and consistency my gains are really starting to show. Thanks so much for the effort you put into your videos as it really shows as your passion is infectious.

FULL GYM PROGRAM Drops on Tuesday!! YES!! Bout time lazy ass:) just in time before we get locked out of the gyms again! I just finished working my ass off through the garage program for the 7th time! Even when after I worked my way back to the gym I continued on with the garage program just to show off what I had learned during lockdown and to creep out and scare the shit out of the senior members. Can't wait to see what next level of pain you can pass on to us!

Yeah he's very informative. Mr.Humiston if you read this..I would like to know what supplements I should take and the main exercises I should focus on starting at 52yrs old. I have to do this, I don't know why but I thought about it every day, every night and I finally have gotten started working out...dont want to waste time on exercises that are not beneficial.
