I'm never a fan of the repeats, but that's just a personal opinion, my personal bias, not a criticism. The workout today was excellent! The sets worked well together. There was a good mix of compound movements and raw strength movements. I always appreciate when some core work is mixed in on push or pull days. I could modify the weight I was using to get the intensity I needed. I did have a couple where the transitions (ie standing to seated or to plank, or just switching weights) wasn't quite as smooth as I would have liked. I like these better when the sets coordinate these so you're using the same weights and position if you're not getting a rest interval between to make the transition. And I liked the music. I know some of it gets used a lot in these workout videos, but there was good energy and pacing. I feel fantastic now that I've had a chance to cool down a bit! Thanks for putting these together and making them available!

Great workout. 30 minutes to start the week off on a Monday. Typically I do not like repetitious workouts, but this was enjoyable and a good Monday work out.

I know a lot people don’t like repetitive but it really does allow more tension on the muscle which helps build lean muscle faster!
