It's different for everyone. Pick weights for each exercise that challenge you, but allow for proper form.

I don’t really like more than 30 minutes workouts. It drains me mentally. This workout title is a bit misleading 😅 it’s 40 minutes. Just saying 😅. I still like your workouts.

I'm pretty sure they include the preview warm up and cool down in that 40 min title, the workout itself is 30 minutes. I used to like long workouts but I'm with you on the 30 minutes. Love HAS fit

It’s 4min warm up, and 30 min workout followed by a few minutes cool-down. I don’t think it’s misleading. I always check the time not just the description title to make sure I have time to do it. I loved this one.
