Hi, I'm Liza! Welcome to my KZfaq channel! This channel is dedicated to those who wish to deepen their practice on and off the yoga mat. It's meant to support dreamers, artists, innovators and thought leaders to better their on the mat practice and lives.
During times of uncertainty and crisis, it's especially important to acknowledge any feelings that may come up for us. A lot of times we feel we must apologize for our feelings, or that there are times and places to express ourselves honestly. Chandra Namaskar or Moon Salutations is that practice that allows us to tap into physical as well as emotional feelings.
Humans beings are like phases of the moon, and if we don't honor the phases within outlives, we will just continue to fight against an ever-present current. This flow is meant to give you the space to feel whatever you need to feel on the mat, so you can feel lighter and more grounded off the yoga mat.
