It's already day 4 and I'm so proud of you for still sticking to this plan! Today we will do a 30 minute Vinyasa Flow with a focus on strengthening the core, which is really important to build a strong yoga practice, but also important in regards to yesterday's class, because yesterday was all about strengthening the spine, but to have a fully healthy spine we need to make sure that also the core is strong. I hope you will like this class, it includes lots of fluid movement, some of the fundamental yoga poses, like Warrior 3 and Triangle pose, and poses like boat pose to strengthen the inner core.

Quick reminder that I want you to make sure that you never ever EVER feel any pain while practicing yoga. If you do feel pain, I want you to stop whatever you're doing and come out of the pose or take a step back. It is okay to feel discomfort. Feeling discomfort is actually great, it means that the body and the mind are being challenged, and that change is being initiated. However, make sure to differentiate between the feeling of pain, and the sensation of discomfort, at any given time.
