In this video I show you a Mega Set solo squash practice routine that uses a Core routine which is alternated by 5 other solo practices. This is Solo Practice Routine 01.

00:00 - Start
03:05 - Set 1: Side to Side then Backhand Straight Volley
04:14 - Set 2: Side to Side then Forehand Straight Volley
05:12 - Set 3: Side to Side then Backhand Short Kills
06:06 - Set 4: Side to Side then Forehand Short Kills
07:31 - Set 5: Side to Side then Backhand Drives
08:42 - Set 6: Side to Side then Forehand Drives
10:02 - Set 7: Side to Side then Backhand Corner Drives
10:56 - Set 8: Side to Side then Forehand Corner Drives
11:48 - Set 9: Side to Side then Side to Side boasts
FULL DETAILS:
This creates not only a great physically demanding workout, but also allows you to improve your game too. Split into 9 sets, 4 both forehand and backhand and one that combines them both, this routine can last between 20 to 60 minutes.
I recommend starting with 30 shots for the Core element and around 20 for the others.
