I constantly battle with the discord thing just because so many are so scammy & cause pump and dumps. Also, being unlicensed is problematic. When the time comes I think going the donation only route as a community with live trading vs the traditional call out method will be the way to go. That way everyone learns how to mark up, identify & execute good trades vs blindly following into a trade which leads to entering late or botched executions. Still lots of time to think about the best route to go but always open to suggestions!

Any recommendtions for an excellent trading view coder?

I usually do them myself but it’s tough to find consistent time. Also I am used to languages like TypeScript, Go & Python & I really dislike Pineacript. Anyway, for someone really well versed in it I would check Fiverr or a site like that

There are a lot of factors for this but the main reason is because the main market drivers in order are Liquidity, Vanna, Gamma, Delta structure Dark pools, then flow. We need to keep mind institutional liquidity targets on the charts. So if the algo sees things like higher time frame fair value gaps or equal lows where there is clear liquidity resting, those will be deliberately targeted by the algo before snapping back. Honestly, drivers like fair value gaps, order blocks & EQH/EQL’s will override everything. Also, in more rare circumstances, charm will supersede everything as deltas get de-hedged on major OPEX events (EoY, Quarterly, monthly and sometimes even weekly OPEX). The thing we have to keep in mind as traders is there are many forces at work here. Some more “powerful” than others. The two main drivers are Institutions (banks) and dealers (market makers). Typically, they’re inline with each other but there are priorities and certain institutions that can over power everyone with their buying power. This is why it’s important to view the data as a whole and identify clear areas of resting liquidity on the chart that the algo’s will likely target across many time frames. I’m going to make a video tonight that will show exactly what I’m referring to here regarding liquidity targets & charm. On Friday, 12/30, it was a direct roadmap of how the whole day would unfold. The end of day run up, for example, was pre determined and only happened AFTER the FVG on the 4h was filled. It was pre determined because of tax reasons and OPEX. Dealer market diary showed the options impact of OPEX but that was a partial picture. There was major short covering (buying) happening because it was end of year and many institutions were taking profits on their shorts as the year finished up for profit taking and tax reasons. They targeted, to the tick, the liquidity testing above London session equal highs which is a typically tactic in their playbook that happens more often than not (equal high/low targets to trigger buy/sell orders).

I’m not familiar with the significance of the open price of a session, I’ll have to keep an eye out for that.

Asia low is the lowest level of the Asian session and London low is the lowest level of the London session. They session highs/lows will often become targets when they form an Equal highs or Equal lows. See London highs from 12/30 for reference. Going to talk about this soon because it really amplifies the potency of marking these levels
