Turn my amazing bread recipe into soft, delicious cinnamon rolls using about half whole grain and the rest is our Ancient Khorasan white all-purpose flour.

Recipe ingredients (this is a double recipe):
6 cups warm water
2/3 cup oil
2/3 cup raw honey
2 Tablespoons SAF instant yeast
2 Tablespoons Doigh Enhancer (optional)
1 cup instant mashed potato flakes (not pearls)
2 eggs
7 cups whole wheat flour (to start)
2 Tablespoons salt

Add about 5-7 more cups of Food Dudes white all-purpose Khorasan flour until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl, and isn't sticky.
knead or mix together...
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
