This comment is about install of the conversion kit shown in the video above. 1. My Anafi controller had 2 tamper proof T6 star screws holding the top plastic piece and I could not get them out! The supplied star tool worked to remove the back cover, but not those 2 screws because - for some unknown reason - they are tamper proof. After several email exchanges with Simon at Alientech (quick response time) and internet research I determined I needed a Tamper Proof T6 screwdriver - which I bought. This removed 1 of them, but not the other. I finally had to use a small needle nose pliers to grab the head and turn it. I then installed the adapter piece but didn't want to reuse those terrible tamper proof screws, so I took out 2 screws holding the circuit board in the controller (the supplied star tool worked fine) and used them. Then put those 2 tamper proof screws into the circuit board. It's easier to hold them with a needle nose pliers in that location. The rest of the assembly went smoothly. Overall the conversion took me 4 hours! 2. The converted SkyController 3 is a top heavy and hard to hold during flight. 3. The adapter covers the zoom and camera tilt gimbals making them hard to reach and operate for American sized hands. The clearance should be another 1/2" (1 cm) wider. 4. All that said, the performance boost is fantastic. I found that the maximum altitude I could reach doubled from 1200 feet to a whopping 2400 feet! Thank you for your comments and feedback. As the internal screws of the latest Anafi controller have been changed to star tamper-resistant screws, we will follow the updated supporting tools in future products. Thanks again for your use and support.

@@ALIENTECH_Booster Happy to help. As a PhD engineer with 20 years experience in product development (including rf products) I am glad to help out. I would check and see if Parrot has changed their specs on the SkyController 3 to include tamper proof screws for the body or if mine was a mistake. All the other screws (back cover and circuit board mounting) were standard T6 star screws in my controller.

What’s better to choose? 2.4Ghz or 5.8Ghz antenna booster?

Good video and self explanatory if you don't speak Chinese, but an English version would be helpful. And probably expand your market a lot! My only question is: Is the order of the 2 cable connections critical? Meaning does the left antenna cable have to go on the upper connector and the right cable on the lower one or doesn't that matter?

@@ALIENTECH_Booster hello I purchased the duo for my parrot anafi. I watched this video and followed it step by step. My range is worse then before. I keep getting the strong interference message. Any tips on how to correct this? Any help would be appreciated.

@@chrischateauneuf1941 what channel do you have your drone set on and are you flyin in FCC mode... I just purchase one of these. I'm planning on installing it today , maybe I can help you out...Oh yeah by the way one more thing when installing this antenna you have to make sure you don't turn on your controller when u unplugged your factories antenna if so you will burn out one side of your bored...when doing this antenna mod you have to make sure the controller have no power at all time until you finish
