Welcome to Day 3 of the Yoga for Beginners Challenge - Today's class is all about the arrows and directions that we set in life. Those missing targets, but also the ones we hit right in the center. 🎯
Picture this 👉 When you are using Google Maps to find directions for your destination, the app must know your current location. Otherwise, it cannot draw a line from point A to point B. ↗️
Similarly in life, we should first establish where we stand in the present moment in life. Once we know where we stand and are comfortable, we then state and affirm our destination. 🙏
“To know yourself truly, you must look beyond the scope of fear”

*Important Please Read - Your wellbeing and safety is my priority. You are here to improve your health and general wellbeing and it is important to remember that. If at any point you feel pain in a specific Asana (Yoga Posture), take a step back and release out of it. Another way the body communicates to us is with the breath. If it’s tense or you keep holding it, that is a good hint that you need to step back. Instead of 100% effort, drop it into 50-60%. The breath should always flow comfortably.
