You mentioned cooling slowly being important to remove stresses in the steel... but the older guy with glasses says in a different video that normalization is more about the temperature that you bring it up to, not how slowly it cools. I was under the impression that slow cooling was for ductility and softening of the steel. I know its kind of tomato/tomato because it's a similar process, but the guy in the other (uk bladeshow) video was explaining the phase changes and what's happening with the molecules as it heats up through those changes. I am a bit confused now. Lol

OSMO Top Oil Hardwax is also safe, as it states on the Box, children toys (saliva and sweat proof) and kitchen counters, should be good for handles, or should it not?
NEVER going-back to freehand grinding after this!
