Not yet in business waiting till i retire .I had been thinking $1.50 or $1.75 per min per man . Maybe a lil too cheap huh . Maybe i just say mower not gone hit the ground for less than $50 ?

Bro, I purchased that same hat from ACE, and it works great in keeping ur head cool! Instead of water, I put a couple of ice cubes from my cooler in the blue part of the hat. Outstanding!!

I hear you - about the only thing from the modern world I would really have loved to have had in my teens and early 20s that we didn't have is KZfaq - it was so hard to find out how to do stuff back then if you didn't know someone local doing it

I got 2 of those hats off amazon one is a brim hat and the other one is just a regular baseball cap but they both have the reflective stuff and you just pour water on them they work great

You can pick those hats up at Ollie's (great stuff cheap) all day long for $8 or $10. I bought and used it at the beach for entire week a month ago and they definitely work!!

Someone asked us before how much to we charge (in Kennesaw, acworth, Roswell, Woodstock area) I told them it’s $225 minimum monthly for weekly service. They said well how much each time I said we don’t do that it’s a set price monthly. Depending on how long it’ll take and how big it is and what not.

Great video! I’m in north ga. If you can find anyone up here to mow bi-weekly then the price usually is $85 and up from the research I have done on other companies. That’s if you can find anybody to mow bi-weekly. Most companies up this way have a set fee depending on property size. 51 weeks out of the year is our maintenance program.

I have owned my Lawn Care business near Daytona Beach Florida for 29 years. I sometimes have to laugh listening to the Northerners being hot. Our days here start at 90° with 90% humidity. This is the hottest summer in my career.

I live in South Georgia and desert heat in Arizona of 100+ is like a 85 degree in in the south. Arizona desert heat is so dry that you don't need a towel after a shower, it dries up in a few minutes. We take the water out the air in the south and they put water in the air in Arizona. Vietnam had what is like South Georgia weather, hot and humid, loved it. I'm 73 and don't use air-conditioning and tell everybody to get used to the heat, cause there's no air-conditioning in hell, lol. Loving your videos and when I grow up out of my second childhood, I want to be just like you 😊.

I am would assume weekly base of those sized lawns. Bi-weekly would be $90 per service. Bi-weekly is 50% more than weekly and still it is usually not worth it to take on most bi-weekly contracts. Best of luck in your lawn care adventures! Know your value and don't let people take advantage of you because many people will try.

@HollisLawnServiceLLC Typically, they pay late, want to skip cuts and/or no service the last month, sign up late, looking to hire the cheapest guy every year, needs a double cut most cuts, never hire for extra work or want it done for free, does a ton of wear and tear on equipment. And the biggest con is that the yards look terrible. No neighbor drives by and says they want their lawn overgrown and full of weeds. Plus, there are rarely any good referrals from bi-weekly customers.
