2 cups or 240 g All purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
1/2 cup or 48 g protein powder (favorite protein powder)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp instant espresso powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 large room temp eggs
1/2 cup or 113 g plain greek yogurt
1 cup or 250 g unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup or 85 g honey
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup or 85 g dark chocolate chunks (sub chocolate chips)
1 cup or 160 g frozen blueberries
