This works. I was milking last night and now my arm is stronger
@hadi.calisthenics3 ай бұрын
Well that is pretty specific right? You can‘t apply this to straight arm push like Planche… or do you always Planche Press yourself up for full ROM? 😅
@mwkibomiazawa10033 ай бұрын
You can press straight body from support to handstand, but it is really difficult. Possible, but really advanced. Full planche press and top half rom front lever pulls are better imo.
@peterspringbrunnen51233 ай бұрын
@@mwkibomiazawa1003you cant compare those two at all. Front Lever raises full ROM are way easier than Planche Presses 😂
@YRO.3 ай бұрын
@@peterspringbrunnen5123 He didn't compare them, it's just the antagonist movement.

When you say to leave a few reserves in the tank, do you mean even in your last set?
@samirsami75333 ай бұрын
Thanks you, so say if I was doing pushups. Then I would go three seconds down and pause at the bottoms for 2 seconds then back. Is that how I should do it?

I can't do a single rep of bodyweight pullover how the * am is supposed to isolate the Lats? That's why I switched to weights. I can feel my triceps more with cables than with calisthenics
@philippschafer94193 ай бұрын
You can either work with easier progression levels e.g. straddle or advanced tucked or with resistance bands.and you should definitely become stronger in pull ups, ideally even with extra weight later on

I quite don't understand in another video you said that you can't build muscle.at all with calisthenics and that it was better yo mix in weights. Now you can but doing full ROM , I'm confused
@YRO.3 ай бұрын
He never claimed that calisthenics can't build muscles, that's what his whole channel was built upon. He mixes in weights for "optimal" muscle growth.

Tuck your legs. If that's also too difficult, work on your inverted rows until your can elevate your feet and it for reps comfortably.
