Chandrababu Naidu seeks meeting with Revanth Reddy, sets political circles abuzz
Chandrababu Naidu, whose TDP is part of the BJP-led NDA, has proposed a meeting at Revanth Reddy's residence in Hyderabad on July 6.
In a move that has set the political corridors abuzz, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has proposed a face-to-face meeting with his Telangana counterpart Revanth Reddy to address issues arising out of the bifurcation of the state.
Naidu, whose TDP is part of the BJP-led NDA, has proposed a meeting at Reddy's residence in Hyderabad on July 6.
In his letter to Congress's Reddy, Naidu said it was important for the chief ministers of the Telugu-speaking states to "foster close collaboration" to ensure sustained progress and prosperity of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
