Assalamualaikum sir I’ve cervical lordosis and lumbar lordosis with muscle spasm, I take physiotherapy but stiffness and heaviness in my neck & shoulder sometimes feel tightness in my chin and throat , Does it serious? I’m from Bangladesh please reply .. your video is so useful

Sir, maine mri kraya usme cervical spodylotic changes bta raha hai, disc c2c3c4 me mild disc bta raha , lekin jab doctor ne mri report dekhi to kah diya ki kuchh nahi hai, aur exercise karne ke liye kaha, aur gardan me suruaa dard hua tha , lekin ab mujhe gardan me khabi nahi hota hai , mujhe kewal sholder , back muscle, chest muscle me stiffness , aur pain hota hai , koi jhunjhuni haatho me nahi hota , MAI YE PUCHHNA CHAHTA HU KI YAH PAIN KAISE SAHI HOGA, SIR MUJHE 7 MONTHS HO GAYE HAI , Age 22 year hai
