INGREDIENTS
DOUGH OF THE ROGEL
✨ 290 g firm cream cheese
✨ 300 g self-rising flour
✨ 1 tsp ethyl alcohol
✨ 800 g Dulce de leche pastry
ITALIAN MERINGUE
✨ 120g egg whites
✨ 240g sugar
✨ water c / n (until wetting the surface of the sugar)
✨ 50g extra sugar
✨ 1 tsp spirit vinegar
❕ YIELD: a 26 cm cake approx 30 servings
❕ OVEN: strong 250°C
❕ COOKING TIME: approx. 5 minutes each side
