Thank you Eric! Would love to hear you talk about how to build a script when you’re beginning. A lot of the free scripts online are CRAP, and I’ve been trying to solidify my own, but it’s tough

Didn’t really overcome the price objection if you just came up to her price. Why would you lock it up for her price if it didn’t sell on the market previously for 50k? I get if your doing a creative deal, holding long term, or haggle her down the line. However as a wholesale how would the numbers work? Maybe missing full context but generally interested on how that will work.

@@faizaenterprises2279 yes that’s why I said unless he plans to haggle her down the line. Which he did make it clear that if he does do that she can just walk. I guess that’s one way to operate business.

@@faizaenterprises2279 yes that’s why I mentioned unless he is going to haggle her down the line on price. He did make it clear that if he does request a price drop she can walk away which is good. Price drops are normal and understandable especially since you are giving an offer without seeing the property, but if the intention is to just lock it up to later price drop, that doesn’t seem right.
