In this strong abs & core kettlebell or dumbbell workout we will have a combination of bodyweight and weight exercises to challenge the abs and the core section from every angle possible. This workout contains 20 movements. We will perform each movement for 40 seconds and there will be a 20 seconds rest in between.
You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by adding more weight or/and by doing this routine 2-3 rounds in a row (depending on your fitness level).
In this workout I'm using a 12kg, 16kg an 20kg kettlebell of KettlebellKings :kettlebellkings.eu/?afmc=1o

1. Low Plank Alternating Knee Tuck
2. V-Hold Alternating Leg Taps
3. 3x Mountain Climbers 1x Torso Twist
4. Wide V-Hold Knee Pull
5. Hip Drop To Pike
6. Leaned Leg Raises (L)
7. Leaned Leg Raises (R)
8. Over The Weight Hip Twists
9. Low Side Plank Lifts (R)
10. Low Side Plank Lifts (L)
11. Hyperextension
12. Dynamic Break-dancer
13. Pullover Crunch
14. Hip Lifts
15. Alternating Twisted Knee Tucks
16. Russian Twist
17. Leg Wipers
18. Weighted Crunch
19. 3x Plank Jacks - Front Steps
20. Weighted Jackknife
