How can I still do this without hurting my knees?
@bustermcthundernut
@bustermcthundernut 3 жыл бұрын
@@aru2089 warm up really well before starting. Do some isometric holds on the quad extension machine. Set the weight at around 20lbs and then extend one leg out straight and hold it for 45 seconds. Do that for each leg 4 times with a little rest between each set. It’ll create an analgesic effect in your knees and warm them up. Then after that do a jog on a treadmill for 3-5 minutes at around medium speed. It’ll warm up your legs even more. After that, make sure to do the motions of the workout with the lowest weight possible, either body weight or the bar, for a couple of sets to warm up the muscles that are going to be used for that specific workout. I do this every leg day and my knees have never felt better.
