14.5 or 411 g diced tomatoes
4 oz or 113 g green chilies
1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1 1/2 tsp granulated onion
--Avocado Dip--
1 medium avocado
Coarse ground kosher salt
--Cheese--
8 oz or 226 g pepper jack cheese (use favorite cheese)
--Yogurt Dipping Sauce--
3/4 cup or 170 g greek yogurt or sour cream
Zest from 1 small lime
Juice from half a small lime
--Chicken--
1 whole rotisserie chicken
(8 oz or 225 g of chicken for tacos)...Save the rest for other recipes
2 tsp granulated onion
2 tsp granulated garlic
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp ground cumin
Juice from half a lime
--Corn tortillas--
12 corn tortillas
1/4 tsp or 1/2 tsp neutral tasting oil
