Easy French Bread (2 pc/ 28cm long each)
Ingredients:
Bread flour 250g OR Bread flour 200g + French bread flour T55 50g
Sugar 8g
Instant yeast 2g
Salt 2g
Drinking water 175g
*Preheat
*Bake 230C 10min (with steam) + 230C 10min
Remarks:
1. Use luke warm liquid if weather is cold (lower than 15C). Use icy liquid if weather is hot (higher than 30C).
2. Individual oven might have different characteristics, adjust baking temperature and time accordingly.

材料:
高筋麵粉 250克 或 高筋麵粉 200克 + 法國麵粉T55 50克
糖 8克
即溶酵母 2克
鹽 2克
飲用水 175克
*預熱
*烘烤 230度 10分鐘(有蒸氣)+ 230度 10分鐘
