Sounds delicious but why does heading say nut free. Almond flour is considered a nut

@@marcinenabb3348 As stated in the video if you don't want to use almond flour you can use sunflower seed flour 😊

Almonds and coconuts are...nuts. Why is this labeled nut free?

@@phoebewoodruff1101 As the recipe states you can use sunflower seed flour to replace the almond flour. Coconuts are not a nut they are a fruit from the "drupe" family.
